Located in historic Fort Greene, Brooklyn, East River Partners developed 16 stunning residences, spread over 2 bordering addresses. The properties at 164 South Oxford Street and 171 South Portland Avenue feature two distinct facades, but are connected by a 60-foot rear yard. They perfectly balance modern efficiency and timeless design.

The 164 South Oxford Street property houses 7 apartments. The property has a Federal-style design, which dominated the American architectural landscape from 1780 to 1840.

 

 

The property at 171 South Portland Avenue has a different exterior style. It is designed like a Parisian 1920s modern stucco building. In comparison the Federal property opposite it, the South Portland property has a more modern feel. The building contains 9 apartments.
